Such a nice hardworking gentleman Mr Essam who operates here. Really generous portions, SUPER fresh and clean tasting. Got the mixed rice plate and there was so much meat!! He had to push the lid down to close it. Chicken is amazingly tender. Veggies are fresh and crisp. Fries are a nice addition! Prices are great, service is fast, and did I say the gentleman is so very nice?? I have been to 10 different halal trucks/carts in manhattan and this one tops them all. Will always come back here! Open late until 3am.
Wish I took a picture before, but the gentleman was incredibly kind and generous with portions. I was in NYC for 3 days and went to a few halal trucks. Got the lamb over rice.. This one by far was the best, the spicy rice was delicious, lamb fresh and seasoned well.. I could not recommend this guy enough.

Super tasty halal food straight from this guys heart. And will stay in your taste buds for a while. Home cooked and cleanly served. Literally out of 5 days stay with my family in Hell’s Kitchen we eat 3 meals from this truck. Our all time favourite was lamb over rice. We eat in posh restaurants around Times Square and this truck stands out against them!
The food here is amazing! We went here on a Tuesday evening and joined the queue.. and all I'll say is that we were NOT disappointed. The service is friendly, the food delicious and fresh! We had the mixed rice combo, cheese burgers, chicken gyro, mixed gyro, and the philly cheese steaks (ordered for the whole family ). The prices are very reasonable and I would deffo recommend this place. Some of the best halal food here in NYC!
This is my go-to spot for lunch every Friday! Friendly and speedy service every single visit. I always get the lamb over rice (no salad) with white and spicy sauce. It’s fantastic and fresh! The man who works the truck always adds some fries to the top of my platter which is a great touch for some added texture with the meal. 10 for any platter, plus they have pita sandwiches, burgers, and a few other items! Fantastic value for the area
